1. Site Assessment
We visit and check every surface. We note surface type, existing coating condition, render integrity, and any biological growth.
2. Surface Preparation
We clean moss, algae, and loose material. Render is repaired where needed. Timber is stripped to sound material.
3. Priming
Bare timber gets a specialist exterior timber primer. Masonry gets a masonry primer suited to the surface.
4. Paint Application
Two finish coats are standard. High-exposure aspects get a third where needed. We monitor weather and plan application phases around it.
5. Inspection and Touch-Up
Once the final coat has cured, we inspect all surfaces in good light. Touch-ups are completed before we leave.
